Production Introduction
VEGM-40.5 Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a new product independently developed by Shaanxi Huadian Electric Co., Ltd. It is used in AC 50Hz, and rated voltage 40.5V powersystem. Wildly used by Industrial， mining company, power plants and substations in the country.
The VEGM-40.5 Vacuum Circuit Breaker and the operating mechanism are arranged up and down, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.
As a composite insulating structure of the circuit breaker, the three-phase arc interrupter and its connecting parts are isolated by three separate epoxy resin insulating cylinders.
The VEGM-40.5 Vacuum Circuit Breaker meets the air distance and creepage distance requirements under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the size of the circuit breaker. The main conductive circuit vacuum interrupter and dynamic and static conductive connections are installed in the insulating cylinder, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm. The electrical connections of the main circuit are all fixed connections with high reliability. The insulating cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker.
The company specially designed a spring operating mechanism for this new type of circuit breaker. The mechanism design is much more simple than the previous product，that makes the maintenance and overhauls are easier to accomplish.
