Production Introduction
ZN63-12 sepcialized mini Vacuum Circuit Breaker(650MM) is an indoor high-voltage switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 7.2~12KV. The manufacture of ZN63-12 sepcialized mini Vacuum Circuit Breaker(650MM) complies with my country's GB1984 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers", JB3855 "3.6 ~ 40.5kV Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers" and relevant IEC standards.
ZN63-12 sepcialized mini Vacuum Circuit Breaker(650MM) adopts a solid insulating structure and uses advanced epoxy resin solid sealing technology to organically combine the vacuum interrupter, the main point circuit, and the insulating support into an integrated solid air pole. It has successfully solved the environmental tolerance problem of vacuum circuit breaker fundamentally, making it more widely used.The integrated solid-sealed pole adopts self-convection ventilation technology, which cleverly solves the problem of diffusion difficulty caused by solid insulation structure.
ZN63-12 sepcialized mini Vacuum Circuit Breaker(650MM)is the first circuit breaker in China to realize the concept of maintenance-free. On the one hand, the long-life vacuum interrupter and the application of epoxy casting and sealing technology ensure that the integrated solid air pole is maintenance-free,The equipped high-reliability permanent magnet operating mechanism ensures the maintenance-free operation of the operating mechanism.On the other hand, the use of fully electronic power supply and intelligent control unit ensures the maintenance-free of the electronic control part.
