ZW20-12 Outdoor Smart Vacuum Circuit Breaker is an outdoor power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and Rated frequency of 50Hz. It is the latest product independent research and development of Shaanxi Huadian Electric Co., Ltd.
Advantage of product:
The vacuum arc extinguishing and SF6 gas as insulating medium, the box has introduced the airtight, explosion-proof and insulating structure technology of Japan's Toshiba VSP5. the sealing performance of the incoming and outgoing lines has also been improved, and the overall sealing performance is excellent. Beacuse of that, the SF6 gas filled inside does not able to leak and is not affected by the external environment.
The spring-operated mechanism of the ZW20-12 Outdoor Smart Vacuum Circuit Breaker has been miniaturized and optimized for reliability and stability. Using direct-acting chain main drive and multi-stage tripping system, its action reliability and stability are several times higher than the domestic traditional spring operating mechanism.
The contact between the main circuit shaft and the sleeve adopts an inward and outward expansion bracelet structure, therefore the main circuit contact resistance and temperature just rise a little. Becaused of that zw20-12b outdoor column vacuum circuit breaker is a maintenance-free product, and it is the best product among column circuit breakers.
