Photovoltaic Box Substation
The photovoltaic power generation combined box-type transformer combines a photovoltaic power generation step-up substation prefabricated and assembled in a factory. The substation includes a step-up transformer, a high-voltage vacuum load switch-fuse combination, a low-voltage switch, internal wiring (cables, busbars, etc.), a power transformer, and other auxiliary equipment within a common enclosure. This type-tested, outdoor, complete substation offers advantages such as completeness, ease of installation, a short construction period, low operating costs, high structural strength, and strong corrosion resistance. It is ideally suited for operation in harsh environments such as beaches, grasslands, and deserts.

Enclosure
- Made of high-quality cold-rolled and hot-dip galvanized steel

- The product consists of a high-voltage compartment, a low-voltage compartment, and a transformer
- The enclosure is pre-installed with: a lightning arrester, a load switch, a transformer tap changer, a protective fuse, an oil thermometer, an oil level gauge, a pressure relief valve, and an oil drain valve
Accessories
- The low-voltage side is equipped with a main circuit breaker and overvoltage protector, and a complete design and installation of automated measurement and intelligent control systems are available.
- The transformer is a low-loss oil-immersed transformer manufactured by Hengfengyou Electric.
Functional Unit
- A fully sealed structure utilizes transformer oil as both an insulating and heat dissipating medium, resulting in a compact design and excellent heat dissipation performance.
- The high-voltage compartment door is equipped with an electromagnetic lock and a live indicator, preventing it from opening when the high-voltage side is live. The external door of the box-type transformer is equipped with a mechanical lock, complying with the five-protection requirements for high-voltage products and ensuring personal safety.
