Production Introduction
Overview:
GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used for power, distribution and motor centralized control in power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V (690V), and rated current of 4000A and below.
Structure:
The frame is made of 8MF type open section steel, and the main frame is installed with installation holes of Φ9.2mm with a modulus of E=20mm and 100mm, which makes the frame assembly flexible and convenient.
Each functional room of the switch cabinet is isolated from each other, and its compartment is divided into functional unit room, busbar room and cable room, and the functions of each room are relatively independent.
The horizontal busbar is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the busbar to resist electric power, which is the basic measure to enable the main circuit to have high short-circuit strength capability.
The module for the height of the drawer is 160mm. The drawer changes only in the height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A and below.
The drawer panel has obvious signs for the positions of dividing, closing, testing, and withdrawing. The drawer unit is provided with a mechanical interlocking device. 1 The drawer unit is the main body, and it has both withdrawable and fixed properties, which can be mixed and used arbitrarily.

“G”--enclosed switchgear; “C”--withdrawable; "S"--Huadian electrical system
