Production Introduction
Overview:
GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) consists of two parts: Power Center (PC) cabinet and Motor Control Center (MCC).
The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for control and distribution systems with AC 50(60)HZ, rated working voltage less than or equal to 660V, and rated current of 4000A and below, as power distribution, motor control, lighting and other power distribution equipment.
Meaning of moled name:
"G": Closed Switchgear, "C": Withdrawable, "K": Control Center
Structure:
The whole GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear cabinet adopts an assembled combined structure, module holes are installed, the parts are versatile, the applicability is good, and the degree of standardization is high.
The upper part of the GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear cabinet is the busbar room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room. Each room is separated by steel plates or insulating plates to ensure safety.
The Power Center (PC cabinet) of GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is responsible for the power supply of large-capacity loads, so the frame-type air switch is generally used in the Power Center. One Power Center has only 2-3 circuits. According to the power design regulations, the load of 75KW and above is powered by the Power Center.
Motor Control Center (MCC cabinet) is responsible for supplying power to small and medium-sized loads, so plastic case switches are generally used in Motor Control Center. One Motor Control Center can have 5-20 circuits. According to power design regulations, loads below 75KW are powered by MCC cabinet.

The electrical scheme is flexible, serial, and versatile. Various scheme units can be combined arbitrarily in one cabinet.
It has the advantages of many circuits, saving floor space, high protection level, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance.
