1. Energy storage process

 

When the energy storage motor is connected to the power supply, the motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the rollers close to the eccentric wheel drive the bending arm and the connecting plate to swing, thereby making the ratchet wheel rotate. When the pin on the ratchet is connected to the plate of the energy storage sleeve, the two move together, which elongates the closing spring on the energy storage sleeve. The energy storage sleeve is fixed by locating pins to keep the energy storage state. At the same time, the stroke switch on the energy storage sleeve pushes the stroke switch to cut off the power supply of the energy storage motor, and the energy storage claw is lifted up and reliably separated from the ratchet.

 

2. The closing operation process

 

When the VS1 Vacuum Circuit Breaker receives the closing signal (the switch is off and the energy storage state), the iron core of the closing electromagnet is sucked down, the positioning piece is pulled counterclockwise, the energy storage is maintained, the closing spring drives the energy storage sleeve to rotate counterclockwise, and the cam presses The drive shaft sleeve drives the connecting plate and the rocker arm to move, so that the rocker arm buckles the half shaft and keeps the mechanism in a closed state. At this time, the chain device locks the positioning part so that the positioning cow cannot rotate counterclockwise, achieves the purpose of the mechanism pin, and ensures that the VS1 Vacuum Circuit Breaker cannot be closed in the closed position.

 

3. Opening operation process

 

After the VS1 Vacuum Circuit Breaker is turned off, the switch electromagnet receives the signal, the iron core pulls in, the top rod of the brake release moves upwards, makes the release shaft rotate, drives the top rod to move upwards, moves the bending plate on the top, and drives the half shaft to reverse. Clock rotation. The half shaft and rocker arm are released, and under the action of the gate spring, the VS1 Vacuum Circuit Breaker completes the opening operation.
