Automatic transfer switch (ATSE) is a self-transfer switch that integrates switch and logic control and truly realizes mechatronics. It is suitable for industrial power distribution equipment with AC 50HZ, rated voltage up to 440V, and agreed current up to 1600A. It has functions such as voltage detection, communication interface, and electrical and mechanical interlocking. It can realize full automatic, remote control, forced setting to "0", and emergency manual operation. It is widely used in the automatic conversion of the main power supply and backup power supply of the power supply system or the automatic conversion and safety isolation of two load devices. The switch is controlled by the control circuit board to send various logic commands to manage the motor, and the motor drives the operating mechanism of the main part of the switch to quickly connect and disconnect the circuit or perform circuit conversion, and achieve safety isolation through obvious visible status.

Conditions of use

 

1. Ambient air temperature:

The upper limit of the ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C, and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed +35°C.

2. Altitude: The installation location altitude shall not exceed 2000M.

3. Atmospheric conditions:

The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃.

Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation.

4. Pollution level: Level 3, there is no explosion hazard in the surrounding air, and there is no gas, liquid or conductive dust that can corrode metal components and damage insulation

5. If the above conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the issue.

 

Instructions for use


1. Electric key lock: Controls the power supply of the internal control circuit of the switch. When the electric lock is open, the switch can be fully automatic, operated, and forced to "0"; when the electric lock is closed, the switch can only be operated manually.
2. Operating handle: When using the operating handle for manual operation, the electric lock must be closed first.
3. Mechanism padlock: For maintenance only, that is, first use the operating handle to put the switch in the "0" position, then connect the padlock mechanism and lock it, and then you can perform maintenance (connecting the padlock will cut off the internal control power supply of the switch, the switch cannot be automatic, and it cannot be manually operated).
4. Indicator: Device that indicates the working status of the switch (1, 0, II).
