GW8 Outdoor Neutral Disconnect Switch

Overview:

GW8 outdoor AC high voltage neutral electrical disconnector is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage electrical equipment, for live lines in the case of no load, the transformer neutral point-to-ground connection.

Structure: 

1. It is a single-pole single-break structure disconnector, which mainly includes: base, pillar insulator, grounding wire, left contact assembly, right contact assembly and other parts.

2. Under the drive of the operating mechanism, through the bottom arm of the base, tie rod, and tooth umbrella wheel can respectively make the two pillar insulators rotate to realize the opening and closing operation, the opening and closing has obvious visible fractures, the operating mechanism is equipped with auxiliary switches, when the separation and closing are terminated, the corresponding contact is disconnected or closed, and the corresponding separation and closing signals can be sent.

3. Reliable performance, convenient installation and maintenance: simple structure, strong flow capacity.

4. With electric mechanism or manual mechanism, electromagnetic lock can be attached.

Advantage:

The neutral point disconnector is mainly composed of the disconnector body, the connecting rod system, and the operating mechanism. The body is composed of contact assembly, rod pillar insulator, conductive rod assembly, mounting plate and other assembly. The connecting rod system consists of joints and connecting rods.

The output of the operating mechanism can be rotated horizontally 120 degrees, and the contact is closed or opened with the static contact through the connecting rod system and the rotating arm. When in the closing or opening position, the positioning device on the operating mechanism ensures that the contact and the static contact are in the correct closing or breaking position.

Normal use conditions:

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m

2. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C;

3. The wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s);

4. The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

5. Ice thickness 10mm;

6. Air pollution degree: 0 (ordinary grade), II., III (stain resistant type).
