GGD Low Voltage Fixed Switchgear

Overview:

GGD Low Voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated working current of 1000-3150A for power users such as substations, power plants, factories and mines. 

GGD Low Voltage fixed switchgear is used for electric energy conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power generation and distribution equipment.

GGD Low Voltage fixed switchgear is a new low-voltage power distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and design departments, and in accordance with the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability.

Structure: 

1.  The cabinet body of GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and has 20-mode installation holes, with a high general coefficient.

   
   

2. GGD Low Voltage fixed switchgear fully considers the heat dissipation problem. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is free from heat. A natural ventilation channel is formed from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

   
   

3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, GGD Low Voltage fixed switchgear adopts the method of golden ratio to design the shape of the cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and elegant.

   
   

4. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

   
   

5. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the environment.
