GW4-12 Outdoor High-voltage Disconnector

Overview:

GW4-12 (15, 40.5, 72.5) series outdoor high voltage AC disconnector is suitable for installation in outdoor AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV and 40.5kV power system, the line is used as an opening and closing circuit when there is voltage and no load.

GW4-12 Outdoor  high-voltage Disconnector meets the requirements of GB1985 and other relevant standards.

Structure: 

GW4-12 Outdoor high-voltage Disconnector is composed of a base, an insulating pillar, a conductive part, and an operating mechanism. Each pole has two pillars, each pillar is equipped with a conductive gate knife at the upper end, and the contact of the gate knife contacts on both sides is in the middle of the two pillars. The lower end of the pillar is equipped with a bearing sleeve, and under the drive of the operating mechanism, the gate knife can be rotated horizontally by 90° to meet the requirements of opening and closing.

GW4-12 Outdoor high-voltage Disconnector is unipolar, and the three poles can also be connected to a three-pole type that can be linked by a connecting rod. Equipped with CS11 type or CS8-6D type manual mechanism operation. The CS17 is used for disconnectors with double grounding devices (electrically powered if required).

GW4-12 Outdoor high-voltage Disconnector has reasonable structure and flexible operation; Can be single-poled, can also be used three-pole, easy installation; The tentacle has a large opening distance and is insulated. According to the needs of users, it can also be ungrounded or equipped with single-sided grounding or double grounding.

Normal use conditions:

◇Altitude: not more than 3000m;

◇The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is 40°C, and the lower limit is -40°C;

◇The wind speed does not exceed 35m/s;

◇There shall be no conductive dust or chemically corrosive gas and severe vibration;

◇Places with no fire and explosion hazards;

◇The pollution level does not exceed grade III.;

◇The intensity of the earthquake does not exceed 8 degrees.
