GW9-35 Outdoor High Voltage Disconnector

Overview:

GW9-35 series outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a single-pole structure high-voltage switchgear. In the case of voltage and no load in the outdoor 35KV line network, it is used to divide and combine circuits. 

It is equipped with fixed hook and self-locking device, flexible and reliable, using insulated hook rod operation. Among them, the anti-fouling outdoor high-voltage disconnector can meet the requirements of users in severely polluted areas, and can effectively solve the problem of pollution flashover in the operation of the disconnector.

Structure: 

GW9 outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a single-phase structure, each phase is composed of base frame, pillar insulator, gate knife, contact and other parts. The side of the gate knife has a screw to adjust the contact pressure and a spring for pressing, and the upper end is equipped with a fixed pull buckle and a self-locking device connected to it for the separation and closing of the insulated hook and rod. It has the advantages of large contact area, low contact resistance, good conductivity and high mechanical strength.

Normal use conditions:

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

2. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 °C, lower limit -30 °C in general areas, -40 °C in alpine areas.

3. The wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa.

4. The intensity of the earthquake does not exceed 8 degrees.

5. No frequent violent vibration places.

6. The ordinary installation site should be free of gas, vapor, chemical deposition, salt spray, dust and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the disconnector.

7. Anti-fouling type is suitable for heavily polluted areas, but there should be no fire and explosive substances.
