ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer Handcart

The handcart ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer designed and produced by Shaanxi Huadian Electric Co., Ltd. is equipped with a lead screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure.

The ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer handcart is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5KV single-busbar segmented power system KYN61-40.5 armored removable metal-enclosed switchgear. The handcart is equipped with different primary parts, which can be used for bus connection, power measurement, overload or short circuit protection of power equipment, and can be used as a protection function unit during system maintenance.

The ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer handcarts meet the relevant regulations of GB/T11022-1999 "General Technical Spare Parts for High Voltage Switchgear". According to the selected configuration scheme of the handcart, it can have reliable position and interlocking functions.

The ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer handcart adopts composite insulation structure, and the insulation is borne by the air, the upper and lower insulation covers, and the contact arm sleeve. According to the actual needs of the project, one, two or three voltage transformers can be installed on the ZN85-40.5 Porential Transformer handcart.

3. Altitude: no more than 1000m;

4. The surroundings are not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gas, steam or salt mist;

5. Vibration or ground motion from outside switchgear and controlgear is negligible;

6. The amplitude of the induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary electrical system shall not exceed 1.6kV.
