Production Introduction
ZN85-40.5 Insulator Handcart is suitable for AC 50Hz. 35kV power system.
The overall structure of ZN85-40.5 Insulator Handcart is in the form of front and rear arrangement, and adopts composite insulation structure, which has excellent insulation performance.
The secondary conductive part is mounted in an insulating cylinder made of epoxy resin using the APG (Pressure Gel) process. The insulating cylinder is used as an insulating skeleton, and the ground insulation is borne by the inner and outer surfaces of the insulating cylinder.The secondary conductive part of ZN85-40.5 Insulator Handcart is arranged in the mechanism box and the special propulsion mechanism, and the structure is simple and compact. It has the function of providing isolation breaks during main bus communication and system maintenance.
To prevent live operation, ZN85-40.5 Insulator Handcart is equipped with self-locking electromagnets. The working position and test position of the handcart are locked through the electromagnetic lock on the special propulsion mechanism, and there is a reliable travel switch to realize the position display. When the handcart is in the test position or working position, and the locking electromagnet is not energized, it will not be able to advance or withdraw the handcart.
The secondary plugs of this ZN85-40.5 Insulator Handcart, 58-pin plugs are used in the test position and working position, and other 46-pin plugs are used.
