Product technical features

◆The product mainly consists of three-phase poles, spring operating mechanism, transmission system, conductive circuit, control unit and shell (ordinary carbon steel plastic or stainless steel); the overall structure is a three-phase pillar type, with a miniaturized design, a fully enclosed structure, and good sealing performance, which is particularly suitable for use in cold and humid areas;

◆It adopts an efficient and reliable spring operating mechanism (manual or electric, electric with manual function or close-range remote control operation), the energy storage motor has low power, low energy consumption for opening and closing, and the operating mechanism is sealed in the box, which effectively prevents the rust of parts and ensures the reliability of the mechanism;

◆The pillar is made of imported epoxy resin and outsourced silicone rubber material, which has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance;

◆ External two-phase or three-phase protection current transformer, with inrush current controller, to achieve overcurrent protection and fault current quick-break protection, and the protection delay time is adjustable:

◆The integrated structure of configurable phase-to-phase protection CT and zero-sequence CT, with intelligent controller (external power supply PT provides operating power), which can realize parameter setting, single-phase grounding protection (watchdog), three-stage protection, reclosing, fault accident memory and other functions; the controller is equipped with corresponding communication modules, data upload to the main station, fault feedback and "four remote" functions, forming an intelligent circuit breaker to realize the distribution network automation function;

◆The circuit breaker can be equipped with an isolation knife switch (single or double side), three-phase linkage, so that the incoming (outgoing) line side forms an obvious isolation break, and there is a reliable mechanical anti-misoperation interlock between the main switch and the isolation switch to ensure safe and reliable operation.
