Overview
KYN61-40.5 switchgear is a three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage 40.5KV indoor complete power distribution device, used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, and has the functions of controlling, protecting and detecting circuits. Armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear cabinet (floor-standing type)
Structure Instruction
The switchgear is designed according to GB3906 and IEC298 standards. The whole is composed of a cabinet and removable parts (handcart). The cabinet structure is assembled with aluminum-zinc plate or galvanized plate connected by bolts. The switchgear is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room and instrument room. The metal components are reliably grounded. Each compartment of the main circuit system has an independent pressure release channel. A 10×60MM grounding busbar can be set in the cable room.

●The secondary line is laid in a spacious wire trough, which is beautiful and convenient for checking the line.

Compartment division
The interior of the housing is usually divided into the following compartments:
Circuit breaker chamber: used to install removable circuit breakers, usually equipped with guide rails and interlocking mechanisms to facilitate the insertion and withdrawal of circuit breakers.
Busbar chamber: used to install main busbars and branch busbars, usually located in the upper part of the housing and isolated from other compartments.
Cable chamber: located in the lower part of the housing, used to connect incoming and outgoing cables, usually equipped with cable clamps and grounding devices.
Relay chamber: used to install protection relays, control elements and instruments, usually located on the front of the housing.
Low-voltage chamber: used to install low-voltage control equipment, such as PLC, power modules, etc.
Main Features Main Feature
⊙ The cabinet structure adopts assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts a trolley floor-standing structure;
⊙ Optional: vacuum circuit breaker ZN85-40.5 (3AV3) designed by the whole country, vacuum circuit breaker VD4-40.5 of foreign companies, sealed type VEP-40.5 of Xiamen Huadian, SF6 circuit breaker FP4025D of Areva, SF6 circuit breaker SF2 of Schneider, and similar circuit breakers are interchangeable;
⊙ The trolley frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism and an overrunning clutch, which can easily move the trolley and prevent damage to the propulsion mechanism due to misoperation.
⊙ The interlocking between the main switch, trolley and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking to meet the "five-protection" interlocking function;
⊙ All operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed to ensure the safety of the operator; the cable room has ample space to connect multiple cables and allow overhead wiring;
⊙ The shell protection level is IP3X, and the protection level of the trolley room door and each isolation room is IP2X;
⊙ The material can be made of galvanized sheet or aluminum-zinc sheet.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation: The shell is designed to facilitate on-site installation, usually equipped with lifting rings and fixing holes for easy transportation and positioning.
Maintenance: The internal layout of the shell is reasonable, and each compartment can be opened independently for easy inspection and maintenance.
