ZN85-40.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor switchgear with a rated voltage of 40.5kV and three-phase AC 50Hz, suitable for the protection and control of power distribution systems in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. This product adopts advanced vacuum arc extinguishing technology, has the characteristics of compact structure, excellent breaking performance, and easy maintenance, and is an ideal choice for 40.5kV voltage level.

Product technical features

Integrated and modular design
The overall structure of the circuit breaker is simple and reasonable, and the arc extinguishing chamber part, interlocking part and operating part are arranged up and down.
The dedicated spring operating mechanism does not need to be adjusted, and the action is stable and reliable.
The installation form is free and flexible, including the installation in the drawer-type cabinet and the fixed installation of the side mechanism arrangement

High reliability insulation tube
The insulation tube is made of epoxy resin with reliable electromechanical performance through mature vacuum casting process.
The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is arranged in a closed insulation tube, which significantly improves the insulation performance, and is affected by the harsh external environment, effectively preventing dust and foreign matter from entering the main circuit part.
Significantly reduce the overall size of the circuit breaker.

Advanced vacuum interrupter

WL-35855X vacuum interrupter is the first choice, with quality assurance from Cutler-Hammar of the United States.
Optional coil-type longitudinal strong magnetic field structure vacuum interrupter, using ceramic shell, copper-chromium contact material, small size, high insulation level, strong arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life, excellent breaking and closing short-circuit current performance.

Optional solid sealing process
The main conductive circuit of the circuit breaker adopts solid sealing process, and the vacuum interrupter is cast in the insulation.
The insulation strength is greatly improved.
Environmental resistance is significantly enhanced.

Operating Conditions

1.The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40'C, and the mean value measured within 24h does notexceed 35'C, and the min. ambient air temperature is -15°C;
2. Altitude: 1.000 meters.
3.There is no obvious pollutions such as dust, smoke, corrosion or flammable gas, steam gas, or salt sprayin the ambient air.
4. Humidity conditions: The daily mean is not greater than 95%%, and the monthly mean is not greater than90%: the mean value of water steam pressure is not greater than 2.2KPa, and the monthly mean of wateisteam pressure is not greater than l.&kPa:
5. Vibration or earthquake from the outside ofthe switchgear or controlgear can be omitted,

6. T'he magnitude of the electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV.

7. Special working conditions
If installed at the place where the alitude exceeds 1.000 meters, the ambient air temperature is out ofthe limit value specifed by the normal working conditions or condensation may easily occur due to highhumidity, please contact our company for customization.
