◆Core components

Electromagnetic operating mechanism
Closing coil: driven by DC or AC power supply, drives the armature to move.
Opening spring: quickly disconnects after energy storage to ensure the opening speed.
Auxiliary contact: used for control circuit signal feedback (such as closing/opening status).

Check that the fasteners (such as busbar connection bolts) are not loose.

Manually operate the opening and closing of the switch 1~2 times to confirm that the mechanism is not stuck or has abnormal noise.

 

2. Regular maintenance (every 6 months or as required by the manufacturer)
Vacuum arc extinguishing chamber detection:

Mechanism maintenance:

Use molybdenum disulfide grease to lubricate rotating parts (such as bearings and connecting rods).

Check that the opening spring is free of rust and deformation and that the elastic force is normal.

 

3. Maintenance of key components
Electromagnetic coil:

Measure the DC resistance of the coil (within ±10% of the nameplate value).

Check that the armature is not stuck and the core contact surface is clean.

Auxiliary contacts:

Clean the oxide layer of the contacts to ensure good contact.
