The prototype of LW25-126 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker product passed the expert appraisal organized by the State Machinery Administration and the State Power Company in December 97.
Structure:
LW25-126 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker, SF6 as an arc extinguishing medium, using self-energy arc extinguishing structure, with reasonable nozzle shape and reasonable electric field design, the upstream area structure of the nozzle is unique, effectively using the contact blockage effect, can break 40kA short circuit current, and has special breaking ability such as step breaking and near-area fault breaking, and will not produce re-ignition and heavy breakdown when breaking the capacitive current, and will not generate excessive overvoltage when breaking the inductive current. The contacts are all self-reliant, the contact material is made of alloy material with high conductivity and good elasticity, and the contact pressure between the contacts comes from the elastic deformation of the material, which avoids unreliable contact between the contacts caused by spring falling off, straining and annealing, which not only ensures the reliability of product operation, but also simplifies the product structure.
Advantage:
The 126kV porcelain column circuit breaker product has a large insulation margin, and its insulation level can reach 145kV voltage level, and the operation reliability is high. The mechanism box was changed from side-mounted to hung directly under the frame, which enhanced the sealing performance and product stability. SF6 tubing system adopts stainless steel integral pipeline, which has better sealing performance. The spring operating mechanism has simple structure, high reliability, small maintenance workload, and greatly reduced maintenance work, and the circuit breaker is close to maintenance-free circuit breaker.
