LW3-12 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker

LW3-12 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear with a three-phase AC rated voltage of 12kV and a frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used to open and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current of the power system.

LW3-12 outdoor SF6 circuit breaker is a new generation of products independently developed by our Shaanxi Huadian Electric Co., Ltd. in response to the new requirements of the State Grid primary and secondary fusion of switches on the column, the switch configuration fully meets the requirements, which is convenient for unified procurement and mass production of the State Grid.

Structure: 

1.  The circuit breaker box material is made of 3mm304 stainless steel, and the protection level is not less than IP67; The housing has a clear point and closing position indicator located on the ground that is easy to observe, and the indicator is reliably connected to the operating mechanism to indicate reliable action.

2. The screws use anti-rust grounding screws with a diameter of 12 mm, and the grounding points are marked with a grounding symbol.

3. The surface of the shell is raised and does not store water for a long time.

4. The housing has a handle handle to avoid pulling out the line sleeve.

5. The lifting ring is configured to keep the switchgear in the suspension level and there is no frictional contact between the chain and any component, avoiding scratching the surface of the box during the lifting process.

6. The nameplate is made of 304 stainless steel, which can withstand wind and rain, corrosion resistance, ensure that the use of the process is clearly visible, and the nameplate content meets the requirements of relevant national standards.
   

Technical parameters of Current transformer and zero-sequence current transformer:

 a. Current transformer ratio: phase current 600/1, zero sequence current 20/1. Accuracy Level: Primary Phase Current: Measurement accuracy class 0.5, protection 5P10.

 b. The error is less than or equal to 3% when the zero-sequence primary input current is 1A to the rated current, and when the primary current is 100A, the error is less than or equal to 10%.

 c. Zero-sequence voltage accuracy class is 3P.

 d. Capacity requirements: phase: ≥1VA (600A/1A), ≥2.5VA (600A/5A)

 e. Zero sequence: ≥ 0.5VA to meet the supporting requirements (according to the length of the cable 12 meters, with the FTU and line loss module, to meet the line loss metering and fault determination requirements).
