Overview:

Large high voltage circuit breaker-LW36-40.5 outdoor sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an AC 50Hz three-phase power system electrical equipment, suitable for rated voltage, 40.5 kV power system for control and protection, internal or external current transformer for measurement and protection.


Structure: 

Principle of manual mechanism operation:

Closing operation: first pull the energy storage handle for energy storage, the applied operating torque changes from small to large, when the closing spring passes the instantaneous, the closing spring releases energy, prompts the energy storage system to rotate counterclockwise and drives the arm to rotate, drives the transmission shaft to make the circuit breaker close, and at the same time the shutter arm buckles the half axis of the gate, so that the circuit breaker is in the closing state; When the mechanism is in the closed state, the cam is detached from the rotating bushing, and the mechanism cannot be closed again.

Opening operation: After the circuit breaker closes, the gate handle is pulled or the overcurrent coil is driven when the line current exceeds the set value of the anti-inrush flow device, which makes the gate half shaft rotate, the gate arm is unbuckled, and the transmission rod is driven by the gate spring to make the circuit breaker open.

Electric mechanism operation principle:

Energy storage operation: pull the energy storage handle, or energy storage motor rotation, driven by the transmission gear to make the cam rotate, the closing spring is gradually elongated, when the spring is in the middle, the cam is no longer rotated by the positioning piece, and the circuit breaker is in the state of preparing to close; At the same time, the cam is detached from the drive shaft, so that the mechanism cannot store energy again.

Closing operation: After the energy storage is completed, pull the manual closing handle or apply voltage to the closing coil to rotate the closing half axis, the closing arm and the closing half axis are unbuckled, the closing spring releases energy, drives the transmission shaft to close the circuit breaker, and the tap spring is stored at the same time. In the closing state, the mechanism is then operated with energy storage, the closing spring is stretched again, and after the spring is in the middle, the closing half shaft is buckled by the interlocking device to avoid the mechanism from closing the gate by mistake. In the closed energy storage state, the mechanism is in the reclosing state, which can realize the "O-0.3S-CO" one-time reclosing operation.

Opening operation: After the circuit breaker closes, pull the gate handle or apply voltage to the gate coil or when the line current exceeds the set value of the anti-inrush flow device, the overcurrent coil is driven, all of which make the gate half shaft rotate, the gate arm is unbuckled, and the transmission rod is driven by the gate spring to make the circuit breaker split.


Advantage:

b. Reliable insulation, air pressure at zero gauge pressure can withstand 40.5KV for 10 minutes;

c. High mechanical reliability, strong closing ability, frequent operation;

d. Opening and closing capacitor bank current 400 amps without re-ignition;

e. Cut the long line 25, 50 km without rekindling;

f. Simple structure, small size, no maintenance cycle is long.

1. Altitude: not more than 2500; Rice; High prototype 4000 meters; 

2. Ambient temperature: -30 °C - +40 °C (special requirements -40 °C - +40 °C);

3. Relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90% (25 °C);

4. Wind speed: not more than 35 m / s; Contamination grade III;

5. The climbing distance of the porcelain sleeve is 1050mm (1320mm) (the nominal creepage ratio is not less than 25 mm/kV);

6. Sunshine: 0.1w/cm2;
