Overview:

LW24-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is a three-phase AC 50 Hz outdoor high voltage electrical equipment; suitable for the control and protection of rated voltage 40.5kV transmission and distribution system; can also be used to connect circuit breakers and open and close capacitor groups; and can be attached to the current transformer for measurement and protection.

Advantage:

1. Excellent breaking performance, the use of compressed air type arc extinguisher, short arc burning time, long electrical life, continuous interruption at rated voltage 25 kA 20 times without maintenance, do not replace sulfur hexafluoride gas.

2. Reliable insulation, air pressure can withstand 40.5KV for 10 minutes at zero gauge pressure.

3. High mechanical reliability, strong closing ability, frequent operation.

4. The current of the opening and closing capacitor bank is 400 amperes without re-ignition.

5. Cut the long line 25, 50 kilometers without rekindling.

6. Simple structure, small size, no maintenance cycle is long.

a. Altitude: not more than 2500; Rice;

b. High prototype 4000 meters;

c. Ambient temperature: -30°C—+40°C (special requirements -40°C—+40°C);

d. Relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90% (25 °C);

e. Wind speed: not more than 35 meters / second;

f. Contamination grade III;

g. The climbing distance of the porcelain sleeve is 1050mm (1320mm) (the nominal creepage ratio is not less than 25 mm / kV).
