How to install and maintain GZDW intelligent high frequency DC control panel?

Installation steps and precautions

1. Preparation before installation

Environmental inspection:

The installation site should be dry and well ventilated, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment (temperature: -10℃~45℃, humidity ≤90%).

Ensure that the ground load-bearing capacity meets the requirements (battery packs are heavy and need to be reinforced separately).

Tool preparation:

Multimeter, torque wrench, insulating tape, level, cable crimping pliers, etc.

2. Equipment positioning and fixing

Place the screen body stably on the foundation and adjust the verticality with a level (deviation ≤1.5mm/m).

Use expansion bolts to fix the screen cabinet to prevent vibration and displacement.

3. Electrical wiring

AC input:

Connect to a three-phase five-wire power supply (AC 380V±15%), and the wire diameter is selected according to the load current (such as ≥6mm²).

A lightning arrester and a circuit breaker need to be installed on the input side (the recommended rated current is ≥1.5 times the working current).

DC output:

Antioxidant should be applied when connecting the positive and negative busbars, and the bolt tightening torque should be in accordance with the manufacturer's standard (such as 50N·m).

Battery pack:

Connect the batteries in series, first connect the positive pole and then the negative pole to avoid short circuit.

The battery rack needs to be insulated, and the distance from the ground should be ≥10cm.

4. System debugging

Power-on test:

Power on without load, check the output voltage of the rectifier module (such as 220V±1%).

Close the load switch one by one to monitor the load capacity.

Parameter setting:

Set the floating charge/equalizing charge voltage on the monitoring screen (such as floating charge 2.25V/cell, equalizing charge 2.35V/cell).

Calibrate the battery capacity and alarm threshold (such as overvoltage 220V+5%, undervoltage 220V-10%).

5. Acceptance record

Save the debugging data (voltage, current, insulation resistance) and sign the acceptance report.

Maintenance and care (in stages)

1. Daily inspection

Daily/weekly:

Check the alarm information on the monitoring screen and record the voltage, current and temperature.

Check whether the cooling fan is operating normally and remove dust from the air inlet.

2. Monthly maintenance

Key actions:

Tighten the cable terminals (focus on checking the battery connection).

Test the standby module switching function.

3. Quarterly maintenance

In-depth inspection:

Battery capacity test (10-hour discharge, capacity ≥80%).

Clean the dust inside the module and check whether the capacitor is bulging.

4. Annual maintenance

Comprehensive maintenance:

Replace aging parts (such as lightning arresters, filter capacitors).

Calibrate the accuracy of voltage/current sensors.

Safety regulations

During installation:

It is strictly forbidden to work with power on. Only after the power is tested can the operation be carried out.

Explosion-proof tools are required for battery installation to avoid sparks.

During maintenance:

Disconnect the AC input and battery switch, and hang the "Do not close" sign.

Common Problem Solving

Problem Cause Solution
Module overheating shutdown

Fan is blocked or failed

Clean the fan or replace it
Battery voltage uneven

Single cell battery is aged

Replace the outdated battery
