Production Introduction
Overview:
LW36-72.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is an outdoor product, which has the ability to switch back-to-back capacitor bank C2 and switching reactor, and is the preferred circuit breaker for the reactive power compensation circuit of substation with voltage level of 330kV and above.
LW36-72.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker using sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as the arc extinguishing medium, sulfur hexafluoride gas not only has good arc extinguishing performance, and electrical insulation performance is very good, the gas is compressed by the compressor cylinder when breaking and sprayed to the arc and the arc is extinguished, the circuit breaker has a simple structure, good breaking performance, and balanced operation and many other advantages. It is also an ideal switch for both switched capacitor banks and reactors.
Structure:
Each product consists of three monopoles, each consisting of a arc extinguisher, a supporting porcelain insulator, a mechanism and a branch. With a spring actuation mechanism, to achieve three-pole mechanical linkage. The circuit breaker adopts the principle of self-energy arc extinguishing and operates the function. The appearance of the product is novel and bright, and the structure is compact. The installation base frame is made of thick steel plate integral bending, the surface adopts a unique coating art, and the corrosion resistance of the product is excellent.
