Overview:

LN2-35 Indoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is suitable for three-phase rated frequency 50Hz, suitable for rated voltage 35kV power system. It can be used for industrial and mining enterprises, substations, power plants, for protection and control the Power equipment.

Structure: 

The LN2-35 Indoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker body is composed of three poles, and installed on the bottom box, the internal communication, the box is equipped with a three-phase linkage shaft, through the three main arms, three insulating tie rods to operate the conductive rod, each pole epoxy resin poured insulating cylinder, constitute the fracture and the external insulation to the ground, the internal insulation is sulfur hexafluoride gas. The product is mainly composed of conductive circuit and mechanical transmission part.

The conductive circuit is composed of the upper terminal block, arc contact, moving contact, ribbon contact and lower exit base. In the terminal block, all the curved contacts are inlaid with copper-tungsten alloy, and the top of the moving contacts are equipped with copper-tungsten alloy components, which effectively improves the service life of the circuit breaker.

The mechanical transmission part includes spindle, crutch arm, tie rod, main crutch arm, gate buffer, closing buffer and tap spring. When the gate is opened, under the action of the gate spring, the spindle is counterclockwise and the conductive rod moves downward through the main arm until the roller on the arm hits the gate buffer. When closing, under the operation of the spring mechanism, the tie rod makes the spindle rotate clockwise, so that the conductive rod moves upward until the same roller hits the closing buffer.

Arc extinguishing principle：

This LN2-35 Indoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker arc extinguishing chamber comprehensively applies the principle of arc extinguishing chamber and is supplemented by a small amount of gas arc extinguishing. Therefore, it has good arc extinguishing performance. When the gate is split, the moving contact moves downward, the arc starts between the arc touch fingers of the dynamic and static contact, the arc is transferred from the arc touch finger to the ring electrode, and the arc current flows through the ring electrode to generate a magnetic field. 

The magnetic field and the arc current interact to make the arc rotate while heating the gas, the pressure increases, creating an air flow at the nozzle, cooling the arc and extinguishing when the current crosses zero.

Long-term storage should be lubricated on the transmission part and regularly check whether the environment meets the requirements.
