Overview:
LW18-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage electrical equipment; It is suitable for the control and protection of 40.5kV transmission and distribution systems, can also be used to contact circuit breakers and open and close capacitor banks, and can be attached to the current transformer for measurement and protection.
Structure:
LW18-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is a porcelain bottle three-phase sub-assembly sharing a base, and can be attached to the current transformer.
The circuit breaker is equipped with CTl0A type AC and DC dual-purpose spring actuator, and the energy storage time under the rated working voltage is less than 8S.
The three-phase mechanical linkage of the circuit breaker can be automatically reclosed, easy to operate, and also has manual operation. In order to adapt to the low temperature environmental conditions, the tank is equipped with an automatic temperature control heater to ensure that the SF6 gas does not liquefy.
The porcelain sleeve is the support and insulation component of the main circuit of the circuit breaker connected to the power system, because it communicates with the circuit breaker shell, it belongs to the one-person part of the pressure vessel, so the strength is high and the air tightness is good.
The arc extinguishing chamber of LW18-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is mainly composed of static contacts, moving contacts, porcelain sleeves, cylinders and nozzles and other components to form a porcelain sleeve and an insulating tie rod to constitute the ground insulation of dynamic and static contacts.
