Products Description
ERB2-63 series high-breaking miniature circuit breakers have the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable performance, high breaking capacity, beautiful and compact appearance, etc. The shell and other parts are made of impact-resistant and highly flame-retardant materials. It is suitable for places with AC 50HZ or 60HZ, rated working voltage below 400V, and rated current from 3A to 63A. It is mainly used for lighting, power distribution, overload and short-circuit protection of lines and equipment in office buildings, residential buildings and similar buildings. It can also be used for infrequent line breaking and conversion under normal circumstances.

Structural characteristics
ERB2-63 series high-breakage miniature circuit breakers are composed of plastic housing, operating mechanism, contact arc extinguishing system, tripping mechanism, etc. The housing is made of highly flame-retardant and high-strength special plastics,which have strong impact resistance and are light in weight. The parts of the circuit breaker operating mechanism are made of high-strength plastic products, which ensure sensitivity and reliability while obtaining the lowest moment of inertia, so that the time from the start of the short-circuit fault to the action of the tripping mechanism is very short. The tripping mechanism consists of a bimetallic overload inverse time tripping mechanism and a short-circuit instantaneous electromagnetic mechanism. The contact arc extinguishing system uses a special arc guide angle and arc extinguishing chamber, which has current limiting characteristics.
