Production Introduction
Overview:
LW16-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is an outdoor installation, three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 35kV high-voltage electrical equipment with SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing medium. Mainly used for the division of rated current and fault current, split capacitor group, transfer circuit can be used for frequent operation, can also be used as a circuit breaker, so as to achieve the control and protection of transmission and transformation lines and equipment, circuit breaker with CTl4 type spring operation mechanism. Each LW16-40.5 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker can be equipped with 6-12 sleeved current transformers.
Structure:
LW16-40.5 type sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker for outdoor porcelain bottle pillar structure, with CT10A spring operation mechanism, the mechanism and the body have a high type, parallel, parallel length, vertical and other forms of arrangement, the overall volume is small, light weight, simple structure, small operation work, easy installation and debugging. Mechanical life of 5000 times, suitable for frequent operation.
The arc rotation and auxiliary pressure gas self-energy arc extinguishing chamber is adopted, the opening and breaking performance is excellent, the electrical life is up to 21 times, and the opening and closing capacitor bank and the reactor bank have no interception overvoltage.
The sealing performance is reliable, the imported sealing gasket, the static sealing adopts the "O" type sealing ring structure, and the dynamic seal adopts the "V" type sealing ring with spring pressure compensation structure. The secondary wiring board of the instrument transformer is produced by the pressure injection process of the imported mold, which has strong anti-aging performance and ensures that the annual air leakage rate is ≤1%.
The whole product adopts all stainless steel structure. The fasteners, panels and shells are made of stainless steel, and the internal brackets are hot-dip galvanized and never rusted.
The metrology-grade core of the internal transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy with high magnetic conductivity material, and the accuracy level can reach 0.2 or 0.2S grade.
