ERM1 Plastic Case Circuit Braek

Scope of application

ERM1 series plastic case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), with a rated insulation voltage of 690V (500V for ERM1-63 type),
rated working voltage of 400V and below, rated working current up to 1250A for infrequent switching and infrequent motor starting in circuits (Inm<630A and below). The circuit breaker has
overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection functions, which can protect the line and power supply equipment from damage.
The circuit breaker is divided into L type (standard type) and M type (high breaking type) according to its rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity.
The circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking capacity, short arcing and vibration resistance.
The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e. vertical installation) or horizontally (i.e. horizontal installation).
The circuit breaker has an isolation function, and its corresponding symbol is: '-/ ∣×-
The circuit breaker complies with the standards: IEC60947-2 and GB/T14048.2.
The circuit breaker allows reverse input.

Model meaning and classification

Note:
1. According to the rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity, it is divided into L type (standard type) and M type (high breaking type).
2. There is no code for direct operation of the handle: P is used for electric operation; Z is used for rotating the handle.
3. There is no code for the circuit breaker for distribution: 2 is used to protect the motor.
4. According to the number of poles of the product, it is divided into three-pole and four-pole. There are four types of neutral poles (N poles) in four-pole products:
Type A: The N pole is not equipped with an overcurrent releaser, and the N pole is always connected, and it is not closed or opened together with the other three poles.
Type B: The N pole is not equipped with an overcurrent releaser, and the N pole is closed or opened together with the other three poles (the N pole is closed first and then opened).
Type C: The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent releaser, and the N pole is closed or opened together with the other three poles (the N pole is closed first and then opened).
Type D: The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent releaser, and the N pole is always connected, and it is not closed or opened together with the other three poles.

Note:
200: indicates a circuit breaker with only an electromagnetic release; 300: indicates a circuit breaker with a thermal-electromagnetic release; 000: indicates no thermal and electromagnetic release
For ERM1-125, 250 two-pole products, only 210, 310, 220, 320, 230, 330 are available; for ERM1-63, 125, 250 four-pole circuit breakers, when the N pole is type A and type D, there are no
240, 340, 360, 260, 268, 368;
For ERM1-63, ERM1-125, ERM1-250, the auxiliary contacts in the specifications of 220, 320, 240, 340, 270, 370 can provide two pairs of contacts (i.e. two normally open, two normally closed),
260, 360 can provide three pairs of contacts (i.e. three normally open, three normally closed), but it must be indicated when ordering.
